This position works out of our Spain - Madrid location in the Diabetes division. We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.
As the Sales Effectiveness Manager, you will play a key role in charge of Salesforce Effectiveness and reporting for IBIGSA, country market environments, and business models to assess current performance and continuously develop sound commercial recommendations that maximize the regional commercial objectives, create synergies, and enhance our overall business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track effectiveness, train, support, and ensure adoption of the CRM application across the sales team.
- Act as the first line of contact to manage field force requests, queries, troubleshooting, and technical issues related to SFE.
- Ensure a national customer database is in place profiling customers against potential for business.
- Support the Commercial EMEAP Team in the implementation of the new CRM.
- Active participation in calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably science related.
- MBA preferred or at least 4 years of experience of successful track record in sales and/or marketing, with 2 years in sales management.
- English proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include analytical, training, interpersonal, and management skills, Excel proficiency, Power BI experience, and self-motivated, creative, well-organized, with good training, motivation, and facilitation skills.
