Bell Stand Ambassador

The Bell Stand Ambassador is a crucial role at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This position requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bell Stand Ambassador. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to guests, including escorting them to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and answering inquiries about property amenities and local attractions.

• Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, escorting them to their rooms and providing assistance with luggage transportation.
• Communication: Answer inquiries about property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as provide directions and recommendations for local areas of interest.
• Luggage Handling: Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas, while also storing and retrieving luggage as needed.
• Vehicle Assistance: Assist guests/visitors with loading/unloading luggage and provide parking guidance.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with knowledge of Spanish; German proficiency is a plus.
• Physical Abilities: Minimum lifting capacity of 15kg, with exposure to prolonged standing and/or walking.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service orientation, teamwork, and diversity relations skills.

As a Bell Stand Ambassador with Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you can expect a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
