We seek an experienced and charismatic Luxury Guest Liaison to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional arrival and departure experience.

• Greet each guest by name upon arrival and departure, providing personalized attention and making them feel welcome.
• Transport luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transport luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or temporary storage.
• Provide arriving guests with a hotel orientation, highlighting the resort's amenities and services.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring seamless guest service.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the local area and its attractions, with the ability to provide recommendations and insider tips.

• A competitive salary of €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
