As a Bell Stand Attendant, you will provide exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage and other requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and escorting guests to their rooms
  • Opening doors and assisting guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • Informing guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Identifying and explaining room features to guests
  • Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
  • Assisting with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assisting guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
  • Supplying guests with directions
  • Arranging transportation for guests/visitors

You will also be responsible for reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, completing safety training and certifications, and following all company policies and procedures.

A successful Bell Stand Attendant is a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and anticipating the needs of our guests.

Requirements:
