Job Summary

The Bellstand Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and providing information about the resort and its amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage and baggage
  • Answer the bell stand mobile phone in a timely manner
  • Deliver guest items as requested
  • Complete all required checklists per shift
  • Provide directions and information about the resort and its amenities
  • Arrange and store luggage carts safely
  • Monitor the main entrance and welcome guests
  • Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the work area

Requirements

  • Minimum lifting 15kg
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching
  • Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
