Dutch Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Sales Representative to join our team at Recruit4. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for catering to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers and assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, including offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
- Processing bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of our ability.
- Handling customer concerns and queries, addressing issues promptly and professionally, and seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
- Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control
