About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Inside Sales Agent to join our team at Recruit4Work S.L. as a Sales and Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our valued Dutch clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Upselling: Showcase our products and services, meeting sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Booking and Reservation Processing: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring accurate information collection and meeting customer preferences.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, converting prospective customers into paying clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Skills and Experience: At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience, with thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.
  • Commercial Skills: Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control.
