We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Madrid office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all project activities, ensuring excellent understanding of processes, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and updated on project progress.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Learn and apply Board technology features to ensure high-quality project deliverables and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaising with technical resources to deliver project requirements.
  • Train and coach team members in project management, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Project administration, documentation, and coordination.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
  • Facilitate project and steering meetings, ensuring effective issue handling.
  • Invoice professional services and ensure timely payments.
  • Liaise with internal and client staff at all levels, including project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with BI or CPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing transformation projects, preferably in the retail industry, CPG, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French and/or German will be considered a plus.
  • PM certifications like PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Ability to travel, mainly domestically.
