- Progress Monitoring: Regularly follow up with clients to track their progress and provide feedback.
- Account Management: Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker with excellent English language skills. Additional languages such as Catalan, Portuguese, French, or Italian are highly valued.
- Education: University degree in Language Studies, Translation, or Interpretation.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Madrid, Spain
Schedule: Monday - Thursday & Fridays 8:30 - 15:00
