About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Planning Strategist to join our team at Storio group. As a key member of our CRM planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving repeat and customer lifetime value for our 7 million customers across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align on customer-centric goals and objectives.
  • Own the planning and coordination of CRM offline channels, including direct mail, catalogs, and inserts, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform CRM strategies and optimize customer lifetime value.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement, including A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and providers to ensure successful collaboration and execution.
