Job Summary

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our demand planning function, you will be responsible for managing the overall forecast for your portfolio, ensuring data inputs are correctly captured, and maintaining the health of forecast metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data drivers are flowing to the models correctly to build the forecast.
  • Follow up with relevant owners where there are gaps.
  • Run segmentation analysis for the portfolio.
  • Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance.
  • Collaborate on the Initiative Mgt process to build best knowledge into the forecast.
  • Monitor incremental volumes request status to ensure being closed timely and flowing to forecast correctly.
  • Manage Weekly Demand Control process.

Requirements
