Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Accounts Payable team at Trouw Nutrition's Iberia Business Unit Shared Services Center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and accounts payable, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.

About the Role:

The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that all processes are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing monthly reports of accounts payable and treasury.
  • Submitting area results to the FSS Director.
  • Guaranteeing that purchasing processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.
  • Ensuring that payment processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.
  • Managing area CAPEX.
  • Guaranteeing audit actions (internal and external).
  • Managing daily activities and monitoring internal and external inquiries to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Partnering with Procurement to automate and streamline the Procure-to-Pay process.
  • Leading MDM projects, end-to-end, defining project approach, resources and delivering them till the end.
  • Leading the development of master data management strategies.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
  • Understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and regulatory environment.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Center, managing teams (over 10 members).
  • Experience in a Big Four is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in business process standardization.
  • Experience with change management as well as working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills.
  • Professional skills using Finance ERP, Excel, Power Point and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus).
  • Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.

Trouw Nutrition offers a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, private health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth within our organization and the broader SHV group.
