About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our procurement strategy, driving cost savings, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define purchasing roadmaps and negotiate contracts with key vendors
  • Analyze current and future spending, as well as purchasing procedures, to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers
  • Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations and drive improvement initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring best quality services
  • Design and implement a purchasing system to ensure consistency and efficiency in the procurement process
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a management consulting company with a focus on procurement
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and ability to apply advanced negotiation skills in different negotiation strategies
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of addressable spend identified and savings achieved
  • Proven track record of negotiating with partners from a range of different European countries, with a good awareness of procurement practices and standards from different markets
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills, with German a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to combine them with Google tools, ERP, and Excel/Gsheet
