Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

Renewable Energy Grid Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our suite of intranet applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering applications that support our global Grid Automation DT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the suite of intranet applications, ensuring they meet the functional needs of our electronics manufacturing plant.
  • Manage updates, improvements, and issue resolution for our applications.
  • Utilize your expertise in ASP.NET, Oracle DB, Windows Server, IIS technologies, and SAP to deliver and maintain high-quality applications.
  • Apply your process knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP to manage and enhance applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational requirements.
  • Develop and deliver applications as required for Grid Automation DT projects worldwide, collaborating with international teams to meet project objectives.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that applications align with their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work effectively as a team player, contributing to project success and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with the existing suite of applications to manage and enhance them effectively.
  • Apply project management skills, utilizing either waterfall or Agile methodologies, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Utilize DevOps practices and tools to streamline development and operations.
  • Manage support operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO 27001/2 audit requirements.
  • Manage IT networks, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee backup systems to ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities.
  • Manage IT infrastructure assets, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
