Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Strategy
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy and enhance our employer branding. This role will oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Personnel Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with HRBPs and department leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements, ensuring accurate job postings and adapting them to various platforms.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging social media, job offers, and specialized websites.
- Sourcing and Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assess candidates, coordinating and conducting relevant tests and evaluations according to the specifications of the offers to be filled.
- Networking and Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, developing and maintaining a network of professional contacts to identify qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, including corporate/strategic groups, mainly in retail.
- Over 3 years of experience with ATS (preferably Teamtailor), social media (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), and other recruitment tools.
- Skilled in headhunting, direct search, and managing multiple selection processes simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Candidate, customer, and quality oriented.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing, attraction, onboarding, and engagement of talent.
