Your primary objective will be to assist in the management and coordination of audiovisual productions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Assist in the planning, organization, and monitoring of audiovisual productions, including filming, post-production, and sound design.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, meeting client expectations and quality standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in budgeting, managing, and billing audiovisual projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost control.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the production process.
- Education: Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant field of audiovisual communication, such as film, television, or digital media.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Duration: 6 months part-time, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00.
- Agreement Requirements: Ability to enter into an agreement or annex with a university or business school.
