Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year

We use Artificial Intelligence technology to transform medical imaging, empowering physicians, saving them time, and bringing them closer to their patients. With over 100 clinics equipped with our AI solutions in France, Switzerland, and numerous countries across Europe, we aim to treat one million European patients per month by 2024.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member between our Research & Development (R&D) and Sales teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our applications into the clinical workflow. Your primary responsibility will be to pilot the technical deployment of our solutions, analyze customer needs, and identify interoperability feasibility.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Pilot the technical deployment of our solutions to ensure smooth communication with IT systems at clinical sites.
  • Analyze customer needs and assess interoperability feasibility.
  • Identify, plan, and execute different deployment phases.
  • Manage relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Configure our solutions remotely and provide customer support for effective software operation.
  • Provide expertise on DICOM, HL7, and IHE-related standards within Incepto.
  • Collect customer feedback and propose evolutions for new releases of our products.
  • Comply with Quality Management System procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in Connectathon meetings to enhance interoperability of healthcare IT solutions with other medical software providers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or bioengineering, along with significant experience in healthcare and information systems. Strong knowledge of digital health technologies, particularly DICOM, HL7, and IHE, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
