The Role

This Clinical Network Specialist position is a critical part of our international team, responsible for ensuring high-quality counselor recruitment, onboarding, and performance management across our subsidiary organizations in Spain.

You will work closely with regional managers, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to drive end-to-end counselor recruitment and meet the stringent clinical standards set by Lyra Global.

A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for effective global mental health delivery, a track record of leadership in cross-functional environments, and a customer-centric approach.

The role requires working 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm Spanish time zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and Clinical Team leads to review and respond to the needs of Lyra International subsidiaries regarding new skills or locations required within their networks.
  • Work with Lyra Health to understand how evidence-based practice requirements can be applied globally.
  • Identify candidates using recruitment agencies and tools like LinkedIn.
  • Foster alignment among key stakeholders, including Lyra Health, Lyra International subsidiaries, Legal Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Client Services teams.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to grasp customer needs based on sales pipelines and RFP processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of licensing, tax obligations, and insurance requirements for Lyra International countries of operation, impacting recruitment.
  • Maintain up-to-date protocols and procedures for compliance with recruitment standards.
  • Review and maintain affiliate contracts aligned with local legislation.
  • Regularly review licenses and skills to ensure affiliates remain compliant with Lyra International clinical standards and update affiliate profiles accordingly.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • International work experience is an asset.
  • A clinical background is advantageous.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • Professional, quality-oriented approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to develop and sustain mature working relationships.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
