**About the Role**

We're seeking a talented Ventures Analyst in Valencia to champion the Plug and Play business model and drive portfolio growth. Your role will involve sourcing new startups, building relationships with industry partners, and facilitating deal flow meetings between startups and corporate partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sourcing new startups and supporting their acceleration
  • Attending calls or meetings with relevant companies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local VCs, universities, corporations, and other industry partners
  • Actively networking with startup founders at industry events and conferences
  • Ventures' program management: scheduling and facilitating deal flow meetings between startups and corporate partners
  • Curating startup lists for programs or corporate partners based on their technology interests
  • Maintaining relationships with industry partners
  • Diligence/investment research: working closely with Investment Partners on the full lifecycle of making investments, including conducting diligence, making investment recommendations, and helping the portfolio

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of cap tables, startup financing, and growth metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives and VC partners; adept at public speaking

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
