Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (AEST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST)
About the Company: We are a fast-growing Melbourne-based company specializing in European electric radiators and towel rails for the Australian market. Leveraging modern business strategies, digital marketing, and systems automation drives our rapid growth.
Position Overview: As a highly organized and results-oriented Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts, overseeing strategic initiatives and collaborating with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of marketing projects, manage content creation, work with external contractors, and oversee email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Own all marketing projects from planning to execution, coordinating with freelancers and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks that align with our growth goals.
- Content & Design Management: Lead high-quality marketing content creation and management, ensuring consistent messaging across channels. Collaborate with designers and contribute to copywriting or design tasks when needed.
- Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Drive strategic marketing efforts focused on improving conversion rates and increasing lead generation, ensuring all activities align with broader business objectives.
- Collaboration with External Contractors: Work closely with contractors managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO efforts, ensuring their work aligns with business goals.
- Email Automation & Campaign Management: Take ownership of email marketing campaigns, optimizing tools like Ortto to ensure effective customer communication.
- Shopify & Ecommerce Management: Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring product listings are current and the user experience is optimized, using analytics tools to track performance and drive improvements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize data-driven strategies to continuously improve the customer journey and conversion rates across digital channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to assess marketing performance and inform ongoing improvements to campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications: Proven project management experience with a track record of managing multiple initiatives independently. Strong experience in content creation, collaboration with designers, and marketing technical products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Shopify, CRO, and email automation tools.
