Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor Iberia to join our team at Otis Elevator Co. in Madrid, Spain. As an Internal Auditor Iberia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley assessments and reviews to ensure high-quality audit work within defined timeframes.
  • Conduct internal audit assignments in our OTIS branches or subsidiaries, identifying internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and support functions to identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures.
  • Assist in documenting our company's process flows, policies, and controls to ensure business compliance.
  • Support the Internal Controls department to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Experience as a Senior Auditor in a Big4 firm.
  • Preferable experience in SOX audits.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels and functions within the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups towards operational efficiencies.
  • Fast learning and adaptation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and proven presentation skills.
