About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at ING España & Portugal. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support audits to evaluate and test the control environment over different products or processes.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders, review documents, and perform tests to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement recommendations to enhance internal controls and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of audit findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration).
- At least 3+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
