About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at ING España & Portugal. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Audits: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on audits to evaluate the control environment over different products or processes.
  2. Conduct Fieldwork: Conduct interviews with stakeholders, review documents, and perform tests to gather information and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop Audit Reports: Help develop comprehensive audit reports that provide actionable recommendations to improve our control environment and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3+ years of working experience in a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  4. Planning and Organizational Skills: Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  6. Communication Skills: Well-developed cooperation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
