Sustainability Coordinator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sustainability Coordinator Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable.

• Create and implement new workshops for the Earth Lab, promoting sustainability and environmental awareness among our guests and staff.
• Organize our Global Awareness Days (Giving For Good) for our hosts, promoting community engagement and social responsibility.
• Develop and implement at least 5 initiatives/projects to improve the resort's sustainability situation, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable.
• Organize an event for our hosts to give back to the local community, promoting social responsibility and community engagement.
• Prepare and conduct a sustainability-related training presentation for our staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement our sustainability initiatives.
• Lead the application for a sustainability-related certification/award, promoting our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Improve and maintain one of our sustainability management programs, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable.
• Document your internship, projects involved, and present it to the Regional Sustainability Director and/or Home Office team, ensuring that your work is recognized and valued.
