About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Payload Aerospace. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Configuration and Documentation department, with a focus on numerical data management on our project database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documents with numerical data, including generation, data request, and validation processes.
- Populate the System Reference Database with numerical data and maintain its consistency.
- Enhance the effectiveness of database tools and help build the structure and improve the database, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Support Configuration Management tasks, including preparation of Configuration Control Boards and associated configuration committees.
- Elaborate documentation templates for technical and other types of documents.
- Ensure security of system and integrity of master documents by implementing document and system access rights and revision controls.
Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of related experience required.
- Microsoft Office advanced level.
- Knowledge of collaborative working tools.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in technical and programmatic areas.
- Experience in interfacing with big teams.
- Proactive, team player, organized, and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and rigorous with norms and guidelines established.
- Advanced level in English.
- Hard work and availability.
Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in data and configuration management (ECSS, ISO 9001, ISO10007).
- Knowledge of database tools.
- Experience in the space sector.
