**Job Description**
As an Avionics Production Engineer at Payload Aerospace, your main mission will be to plan, control, and manage production according to master plans. You will also oversee the acquisition of material goods and services, define and optimize processes for electrical and electronic systems, and manage quality non-conformities.
**Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production unit programming based on master plans, taking into account personnel, materials, machines, and tools availability.
- Structure and manage Master Operating Instructions (MOs) to comply with detailed plans.
- Ensure distribution and publication of short-term work in production units and medium/long-term in management units.
- Analyze WM evolution with respect to planned planning, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions.
- Participate in discrepancy review committees to identify and mitigate quality root causes.
- Manage necessary actions to mitigate deviations, keeping management units informed.
- Manage material and product cataloging under responsibility.
- Plan and follow up on material and service needs for fulfilling detailed plans.
- Track quality non-conformities.
- Ensure documentary status of products aligns with progress state.
- Generate indicators for production unit management (CPI, SPI, ICE, quality index, IUMOD, etc.).
- Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement processes.
- Estimate production operation development times.
- Analyze and define criteria and standards for production processes.
- Design process products following eBOM information.
- Design and/or create specifications for tools/production tools.
- Prepare manufacturing BOM.
- Define and monitor implementation of production processes for correct execution, minimizing deviation risk.
- Propose product design improvements for efficient and effective production.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Payload Aerospace seeks a highly skilled Avionics Production Engineer with expertise in managing production plans, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality control. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
**Estimated Salary:** €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
