Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual Career Coaching to students in our MBA and MiM programs
- Support students in achieving their career management objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development
Requirements:
- Experience in Career Coaching or a related field
- Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust with students
- Flexibility to adapt to internal and external changes
- Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
- Empathy and ability to perceive various points of view
- Global mindset and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Career Services in a top Business School
- Experience in Executive Search
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
