Career Development Specialist

About the Role:
Placement International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Placement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for guiding potential candidates to the most suitable and beneficial programs, providing expert advice on career development opportunities, and supplying luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently.
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs.
- Organize and assist in recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events.
- Offer guidance on Placement International's exciting programs.
- Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences.
- Responsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis.
- Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track and process candidates efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions - preferably management experience.
- Fluent level of English; Spanish is a valuable plus.
- Great command of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge in CRM software such as Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character.
- Graduate from a hospitality school; can relate to students and recent graduates.
- Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education.
- Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals.
- Self Driven; motivated to achieve better results and quality services.
- Organized; can efficiently organize time and work.
- Polished look and good presentation; represents the image of Placement International and luxury hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can effectively communicate with candidates and school representatives.
