Italian Speaking Account Manager Job Summary
Are you passionate about building long-term relationships and driving business growth in the high-tech industry?
We are looking for a dedicated Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our team at Autodesk, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and understand prospects' pain points and validate the issues they're facing with your assigned portfolio to achieve sales goals.
• Understand and address client needs by presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective management of opportunities and accurate forecasting.
• Prospect via phone, email, and in-person meetings, to engage with clients and sustain relationships.
• Collaborate with our teams and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management efforts in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• 5+ years of experience with account management or sales roles.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• You are an experienced Salesforce user.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering.
