Your Role and Work Environment
We are seeking a skilled ITSM Process Expert to support our ITSM Team of Platforms as a Service Tribe in enforcing the ITIL processes adoption by supporting the organization in their journey towards excellence in IT Service Management implementation and continuous improvement according to our standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining, implementing, operating, and governing ITSM procedures that drive our organization's duties according to ITIL best practices in a purely Agile environment.
- Support our organization in meeting all ITSM related SLA, OLA, and KPIs according to internal and external standards, processes, and policies.
What We Are Looking For
We value the following qualities in a candidate:
- An ITSM Process Expert with a deep understanding and hands-on experience in ITIL processes adoption (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Management) and tools (ServiceNow).
- Problem-solving and customer-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Experience in reporting (Office365 & Power BI) to senior management.
- Ability to interact with local and international 3rd parties, vendors, providers, etc.
- Proactive and self-autonomous attitude.
- Accurate and analytical professional with a focus on excellence.
- Experience in highly regulated environments and audit response.
- Teamwork promoter with experience working in remote/hybrid environments.
