Process Expert Manager

About the Role:The Process Expert Manager will act as a liaison between Business and Development teams to implement approved process changes. Key responsibilities include:
- GRM ownership and continuous improvement aligned with changing business environment
- Reviewing all Functional Designs related to the module owned, ensuring compliance with market requirements
- Facilitating training sessions and keeping updated training material
- Elaborating KPIs of usage of the GRM module owned
- Change management and continuous improvement on BTS Trade Marketing Change Management Process
- Guaranteeing all CGHs have a meaningful business benefit
- Establishing action plans and ensuring implementation
- Reviewing CHGs created by the market and driving demos or workshops to reinforce tool knowledge
- Communicating and advising markets about global tasks plan
- Reviewing with the market the need of any Trade marketing training
- Providing support on regional workshops and trade marketing and tools training
- Preparing, providing, or updating training materials
- Leading refresh sessions and workshops for certain functionalities and/or new modules
- Defining objectives, deliverables, work plan, and following up delivery on time and with quality required
- Ensuring 3rd party follows up JTI procedures and it is aligned with JTI standards
We're looking for a candidate with:
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, plus additional business education
- 8+ years of working experience with CRM or BI systems
- 5+ years of Project management experience
- Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry
- Siebel, Power BI, Mobile App Development
- Adequate knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as Microsoft solutions and CRM business process analysis
