About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in developing the Consultant aspect of the job, working in a multicultural context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' needs and establish a profile and search plan to respond to it
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company's network
  • Advertising open vacancies
  • Developing new sourcing channels
  • Qualifying candidates through interviews
  • Developing your own candidates' network
  • Following up with candidates
  • Being involved in the candidates' career management
  • Leading and being part of ad-hoc projects
Account Management
  • Handling weekly follow-up meetings with clients
  • Conducting the onboarding of new clients (excluding Terms & Conditions negotiation)
  • Creating a strong and stable relationship with our clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Speaking a native-level of Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish
  • Speaking a proficient level of English
  • Having previous significant experience in Recruitment or Sales of a minimum of 6 months
  • Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
  • Being a team player
  • Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • You already have a NIE + the SSN
