About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in our multicultural recruitment process, working closely with our clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and develop a search plan to meet their requirements
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using our company's network and developing new sourcing channels
  • Qualifying candidates through interviews and developing a strong candidate network
  • Following up with candidates and being involved in their career management
  • Leading and participating in ad-hoc projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a native German speaker, have a proficient level of English, and be creative, adaptable, and proactive. You should also be a team player and enjoy intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
