Key Responsibilities:- Support the servicing needs of our Premium Merchant, Multi-Currency, and Third-Party Partner segments across the globe.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize disruptions.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants and internal partners to promote the Aexp brand.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements in customer experience and reduce recurring incidents.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills.
- A strong growth mindset with the ability to take ownership of your own career.
