About the Role

Berghof Group, a leading manufacturer of membrane products, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for piloting new applications and assisting with the startup of new filtration systems in international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the goals and steps of pilot tests in detail with customers to achieve desired targets
  • Assist customers with the startup and commissioning of ultrafiltration plants
  • Analyze results of pilot tests and convert data into relevant information for full-scale project design
  • Collaborate with specialists in the Netherlands and Spain to support the Sales Engineering team in preparing detailed technical and commercial quotations for international customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Water Technology, or a similar field
  • Five years of experience in similar functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch and German are a plus)
  • Proactive team player comfortable balancing commercial and technological arguments
  • Problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges on the fly
