We are seeking a Short-Term Planner who possesses experience in navigating diverse cultural environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Work Packages that encompass both scheduled and unscheduled tasks for defect resolution and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Logistics to ensure the availability of necessary materials for task execution. Coordinate with Line Stations to secure the required manpower and ground time for task completion. Monitor the performance of maintenance providers. Ensure that the aircraft cabin conditions meet customer expectations, in collaboration with the Customer Care department. Manage registration assignments in coordination with OCC.Required Qualifications:
Degree in Aircraft Engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in airline operations with a strong understanding of the aviation operational landscape. A responsible and organized individual. Familiarity with AMOS / AIMS. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of Italian and French is advantageous. Understanding of EASA Regulations (Part M, Part 145), EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts. What We Offer:
