About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Short Term Planner to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for creating work packages, coordinating with logistics and line stations, and controlling maintenance provider performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term maintenance plans to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure necessary materials are available for maintenance tasks.
  • Work with line stations to schedule and allocate resources for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and control maintenance provider performance to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with customer care to ensure aircraft cabins are prepared for customer use.
  • Assign registration tasks and coordinate with OCC.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or CAMO department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of AMOS/AIMS and EASA regulations.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, with Italian and French a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
