Job Title: Short Term Planner

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Short Term Planner. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating work packages, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage work packages, including scheduled tasks and unscheduled tasks for defect rectification and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to ensure the required material is available for task completion.
  • Work closely with Line Stations to ensure the required manpower and ground time are allocated for task completion.
  • Monitor and control the performance of maintenance providers.
  • Ensure the aircraft cabin is maintained to the highest standard, in coordination with the Customer Care department.
  • Register assignments with OCC.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Airline operations and a strong understanding of the aviation operational environment.
  • Highly responsible and organized individual.
  • Knowledge of AMOS/AIMS.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, with Italian and French considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Will to work on shifts.
