About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Short-Term Planner to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for creating work packages, coordinating with logistics and line stations, and controlling maintenance provider performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create work packages including scheduled tasks and unscheduled tasks for defect rectification and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Logistics to ensure required material is available for tasks
  • Coordinate with Line Stations to ensure required manpower and ground time for tasks
  • Control maintenance provider performance
  • Ensure aircraft cabin status is appropriate for customers, in coordination with Customer Care department
  • Assign registration, in coordination with OCC
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in Maintenance or CAMO Department (highly desirable)
  • Responsible and organized person
  • Knowledge of AMOS / AIMS
  • Availability to travel
  • Fluent English and Spanish compulsory; Italian and French considered a plus
  • Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety considered a plus
  • Used to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on shifts
