- Support and Develop your team, handle administrative tasks, and build a strong team culture.
- Drive Performance by analysing data and suggesting process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with Colleagues to standardise shift processes and ensure seamless operations.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards, monitoring process efficiency, and prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks.
As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analysing data and performance metrics, and discussing operational pros and cons with engineers.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree (or working towards) in a relevant field.
- Advanced Proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience in data analysis and a logistical working environment.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Logistical Experience in a professional environment.
- MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
