We are seeking a highly skilled Denied Party Screening Specialist to join our EMEA Regulatory Compliance team at Synnex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and any other entities as per Synnex policies and regulations through various organizations and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance team to ensure adherence to EU import-export Customs Regulations.
- Screen names/addresses against Denied Party lists, in accordance with Synnex Regulatory Compliance policies.
- Make informed decisions and maintain detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with managers, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with established SOPs.
- Work across different shifts, ensuring comprehensive compliance coverage.
- Ability to work in English and deal with Synnex entities at an international scale.
- A solid understanding of EU import-export Customs Regulations.
- Knowledge of EU and US classification, export controls, and encryption.
- Familiarity with the IT distribution business is appreciated.
- Previous experience or knowledge of international trade.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player with strong critical thinking abilities.
- An experience in compliance and international trade is advantageous but not strictly required.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
