In the midst of Airbus Crisa's digital transformation, we are embarking on a critical project to implement our own Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Manufacturing Execution (ME) systems.
We seek an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the migration project, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deployment of these new solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings, define project objectives, and coordinate with involved teams to ensure project viability.
- Supervise and validate analysis, configuration, development, and testing of the new system.
- Document project management and follow-up, including creation of user documentation and change management communications.
- Coordinate and manage external resources and providers, including subcontracted services.
- Ensure post-deployment support and collaborate with the support team on problem identification and evaluation of new change requests.
Requirements:
- Engineer degree with expertise in both technical and business environments.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Expert functional knowledge of SAP/4 (FI, PS, PP), Windchill, SAP MES, SAP MII, and SAP BW.
- At least five years of experience as an SAP solutions project manager or similar role, working with large clients, preferably at an international level.
- Experience in the aerospace sector is highly valued.
- Experience in project deployment and services with providers.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in complex international environments.
This role requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, as the foundation for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
