We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Product Owner to lead the replacement project of our current ERP system for payroll and personnel administration.

This role will be key to the success of our project, ensuring the quality and value of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will need to deeply understand the business objectives and translate them to the technical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ERP replacement project: Coordinate and manage the implementation project of a new payroll ERP, ensuring correct integration with other systems of the company.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and ensuring that the technical team is working on the most valuable tasks.
  • Ensure that the solutions delivered meet the quality standards and requirements of the business, carrying out necessary tests and validations.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and the technical team, facilitating communication and problem solving.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and have visibility of the project's progress.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in payroll ERP implementation projects and personnel administration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge of Spanish labour regulation, including Social Security and Taxes processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native Spanish and High English language.
