About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Product Owner to lead our Customer Engagement products, driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our IAG Tech team, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, driving product decisions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Design, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of product features.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure that product features meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer engagement and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Omnichannel, and other relevant technologies.
