Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Weewoo Sl. as a key member of our project management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for successful completion.
  • Project Execution: Manage project teams and resources, ensuring the project is executed in accordance with the plan, and monitoring progress to ensure that objectives are met.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and clients, and maintaining regular reporting on project status and progress.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate project teams, providing guidance, and facilitating collaboration to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage project stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensuring that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital.
  • Proven organization and attention to detail skills.
  • English level C1 or above.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
