Senior Project Manager

At AECOM, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Cost Management department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering projects that make a positive impact on society and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management teams to ensure successful project delivery, from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert project management services to AECOM clients, including cost control and change order management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, graduates, and apprentices to provide guidance and support.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
