Project Engineering Manager for Urban Metro Projects

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance and mitigating technical risks.
  • Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director, ensuring compliance with customer regulations.
  • Lead the project solution, customizing and parameterizing the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Chair the Project Change Control Board and oversee Verification & Validation activities.
  • Supervise the project engineering team, allocating tasks and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical project management expertise in transportation systems.
  • Ability to work closely with teams across the business, representing the project technically.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
