**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead new Board/paper line production setup and other big investment projects (over $30M USD). In this role, you will manage the successful execution of projects in GPG Insulation and Components, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a new Board line production, including real estate acquisition, specification gathering, supplier management, offer comparison, and decision-making for the best technical solution and location.
  • Lead and motivate a project team, creating and safeguarding governance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as the key contact person in the projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact for senior management and coordinate steering committees.
  • Track and control project progress, monitor and control project financing, and oversee billing, costs, cash flows, and other performance metrics.
  • Manage opportunities and risks, as well as claims related to contract and process disruptions.
  • Initiate sustainable process improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Successful degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field (Master's or Dipl.).
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project execution, as well as technical leadership of international project teams.
  • Profound knowledge of senior management communication.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Project.
  • Certification or advanced training as a Senior Project Manager/PMP is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong target orientation, structured working style, and ability to work in a team.
  • Intercultural competence and consistent pursuit of set goals, as well as assertiveness.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and any other language.
  • Willingness to travel on business (approximately 40%).
