Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the main contractors, sub-contractors, designers, and cost consultancies on-site.
  • Lead the project management team to ensure the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives.
  • Create an organisation structure to optimise the most efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare the budget for your department and monitor the financial performance of the project, rectifying any problems that arise.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Construction or Engineering.
  • MEP experience in the construction of large-scale industrial facilities.
  • Significant experience working on EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • A history of working for main contractors.
  • The right to live and work in the EU.
