Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the next level for resolution
  • Monitor and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of help desk software and remote support tools
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
